FAQ

Questions farmers ask before they download

I have farmed for thirty years. Why would I need this?

Because experience tells you something is wrong faster than it tells you exactly what it is, especially with a pest you have not met before or a season behaving differently. This is a second opinion from an agronomist the moment you notice it, not a lesson in farming.

How many photos should I send?

More than one, always. A close-up, a wider shot, the underside of the leaf, and the insect if you can find it. The more your agronomist can see, the fewer questions they have to come back with, and the sooner your plan is in your hands.

Who actually reviews my photos?

A local certified agronomist working with citrus and persimmon in Spain. Their names are on this page. Nothing reaches you without a person reviewing the case first.

Will you tell me which product to buy?

We tell you which active ingredient to apply and at what dose. We do not name a brand, because we do not sell one and we take nothing from anyone who does.

Does anything I record get sent to the administration?

No. Your record is yours. Nothing goes to any authority or supplier automatically, and you decide what leaves the app.

My technician is not on Greenda. Can I still use it?

Yes. One of our agronomists reviews your case. You can also invite your technician, and if they join, your photos go straight to the person who already knows your plots.

What if I take a bad photo?

Send more than one. Natural light, close to the affected area, and your agronomist will ask if something is unclear. You do not need to describe it perfectly.

I am not comfortable with technology. Is it complicated?

It's simple: Just take photos and send them in the chat app. You can also push a button to record a voice note, so you can keep your hands free in the field and on the move.

What if the recommendation does not work?

Send an update on the same plot. Your history is already there, so your agronomist can see what was applied and when, and adjust from there instead of starting over.
